A Day for Education and Action

Economy and Environment Teach-In:
Sunday, November 20th, 2 – 5 pm
Washington County Library, Abingdon

The Occupy Wall Street Movement has brought attention to the enormous inequalities in our society, to the plight of poor, working and middle class families.

Many have also begun to link this same economic system to environmental and energy problems, and our inability to make real progress in these critical areas.

If you are concerned about the concentration of wealth and power in our country, but not sure how it all connects or what you can do about it, please join your friends and neighbors on November 20th for our first Education and Action Day.
Discussion leaders: Anthony Flaccavento, Brian Johns, Dr Ed Davis and Rees Shearer

Hope to see you there, and please spread the word!
